Laid back, fairly well read, I like outdoor activities, working with my hands and gardening in my backyard (flowers, vegetables and a bunch of fruit trees). I have a background in art and sculpture as well as cabinetmaking. Married to my love and best friend, Natasha. We have between us five kids, none living at home with us.

I first joined before a trip to Hawaii. Had no luck finding a host. But some of our kids have surfed, and it seems like a decent human thing to make space when we can for the occasional traveler.
