About Me

I'm a Chinese descent born in Indonesia having a German/Danish name. Is that not a nice ice breaker? I do phd research about fuel cells, but I'm not the type who's keen to talk about it over dinner. More interested in things like exchanging experiences and opinions about different topics of our lives or just some random shits.

I've been in "developing" Asia, "developed" Asia, and some places in Europe. My travel preferences nowadays are shifting to the nature side. Can't swim, hence I like mountains better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hosting

I hope I could host some people here in Denmark, but that totally depends on the situation. Most of the time I won't be able to host. When I can, the most I could do will be hosting one people only for 1 / 2 nights.

Crashing

Would love to try one / two nights in an unknown city somewhere and get to know the locals first-hand.

Interests

Card games, board games, werewolf/mafia games, deep one on one conversations, casual hikes, badminton, running and nintendo 3ds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hike the avatar mountains in China (Zhang Jia Jie). It's a wonderful place, and what's more important is that my fitness level is below average. Hence the amazing part.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could teach you some Indonesian words, and believe me it's the easiest language you can find. Well at least until a certain level. I totally suck at cooking, but I might try cooking one Indonesian dish if we can find the ingredients over at your place (be warned the taste might not be as fantastic as it should be :) )

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Singapore

Countries I’ve Lived In
