About Me

Hi! Musician, backpacker, and here to meet other musicians and artists. NEW here.

When I travel, I like to explore a country through its art and music scene, its culinary culture, nature, history, political situation, ... And, above all, I like to meet locals and other travellers.

At home, in Paris, I am working at the piano - composing, improvising jazz and practicing classical music -, teaching and performing at concerts.

After a 15 years career as an international lawyer, I chose to follow my youth dream to become a musician. And so, I continue my path of emancipation and connection, with the deeper layers of myself, and others, through music and art.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On your couch? Presently, I am discovering the US East Coast and am truly under the spell of New York. Its creative spirit, its vibrant music scene, the sens of rhythm of its musicians blows my mind and inspires me a lot. I started my last composition for piano while I was admiring a painting of Lee Lozana at the MoMA.
So, I am keen on meeting other artists and musicians in New York, to connect, to show me around the places where they live, work and hang out, and maybe lead me to possibilities for myself to live, study and work in New York.

On my couch? I like to get to know, to host, to inspire and get inspired by other professional musicians and artists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My last composition for piano solo, based on an untitled painting of Lee Lozano, representing a hammer. It appeals to stand up to oppression.
