I've travelled a lot and there were situations in which I needed a place to stay, so I like to offer a part of my house for other people to stay in.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have worked for the local government, when that came to an end I did the library for the choir I ám singing in.
Recently I'm participating in a gardening project to grow vegetables in the neighbourhood.
I'm participating in collecting money for Long-disseases.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my sons invited a boy from Thailand, while being introduced to the University of Twente.

This year I invited 2 students (1 Dutch, 1 Spanish) from a Student Orchestra.

My own experience is from a long time ago, while I hitch-hiked through the United States of America.(1973)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Traveling through South and North America all on my own and later on my visit to Machu Pichu with my oldest son and recently my group travel to Ecuador. All were budget-travelings with local transportation and staying in budget hotels or hostels. I am interested in other cultures, nature and remenents of the past!
