About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to get to know a lot more people from all over the world. I already know some and I love sharing my ideas about other cultures and learn about other cultures. Isn't that the most interesting thing in this world?

ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 years old guy who enjoys life as much as he can!! For me life is about feeling, watching, tasting, smelling, hearing and enjoying everything you can. I love to enjoy some good food, with a nice drink. Or just a pleasant walk with someone talking about everything and nothing. Somethimes I even enjoy being silent or being with someone saying nothing and don't feel uncomfortable with that!
I'm a nice guy who likes to meet up with people and just be envolved in this world.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy your life the best you can but do it with respect to everyone and everything that lives near to you. From your farest neighbour till the little spider you might find very scary (only the mosquito can be a pain in the ass :-))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met a friend of Norway in july 2009 and he told me all about it. And now I participate by sharing a part of my small house with people from all over the world! Really great!!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not so much jet because I mostely visited people I met before in Venezuela and so on! But I'll try it a lot in the future.

Interests

I've got a lot of interests going from music to politics. I also really enjoy everything that has to do with nature and our environment we live in (respect it please!)
In general I'm very interested in stories of real people who do real things with their lifes! Talk about (stupid) little diferences that make worth listening to each other and get to know and understand each other.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen lots of music. I love The Smiths, the Cure, Elvis Costello, Depeche mode, Editors, worldmusic (mostly latin), and so so so so much more! Come check out my CD's !

I mostly read non-fiction. But not so much in my leisure time because I already read a lot for my job.

And of course always enjoy a good movie although I don't have a favorite one (how can I have a favorite one when there are so much nice and beautiful movies in so much diferent genres)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Where to start??
In the year I spend in Venezuela I've done so many amazing things. From waking up at the beach in the Carabian till learning Spanish with friends from all over the world (what can be more amazing?).
But also here in Belgium I've done some really nice things. Going on a camp or holiday with just friends and feeling free to do anything you like is just incredible! Life can be really beautifull with just those small things. Don't you just love the smell of a forest sometimes?

Teach, Learn, Share

I will share my thoughts and experiences with you as much as I can or feel to at the moment. Maybe I can teach you how to enjoy a nice Belgian beer or some history about my city and country. And if you really want to learn Dutch I'll teach you the bad words ;-)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Brazil, Croatia, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Venezuela
