I'm a French yogi who left their Physics research job in 2019 to explore the world, learn, grow and share yoga! I've since been based in India where I ended up staying almost 3 years thanks to the pandemic.
I also enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, playing the guitar, singing, dancing, raving and extreme cold exposure! :)

01/2019 I've trained in winter in Poland with the Iceman Wim Hof for a week at the end of which we climbed a snowy mountain only wearing short!

04-08/2019 I hitchhiked from France to Iran.
