I could show u some local veiw, customes,culture of Hutong and Gulou during weekend. And take you to Night Market and Antique Market at night to see How the real Jade and other stone are differ from fake.

If you are a carnivore, you cannot miss Beking Duck and Traiditional Hotpot. Or we shall go to somewhere only locals will go, teast all Beijing-Dish in the very old but famous stalls which you never find in travel guide book:-P
