About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life is too short to be unimpulsive

ABOUT ME

I started with couchsurfing a few years ago when I just got out of school, when I left home to live in the city and realised that school only learned me the basics, and that I now have to explore the world myself. Now we are a lot of great couchsurf experiences, 2 of the most fantastic snowboard trips and dozens of friends all around the world later, I live in a house shared with 5 friends, found the perfect girlfriend Jazz, who loves travelling as much as I do, got a good job, and life is great!
My biggest passion is definitely music, everywhere I go, music will follow. I played electric guitar in a metal band, but now trying to mix electronic music with a raw guitar sound. but I am also a fan of jazz, blues, folk and world music, but I go completely crazy on drum&bass, dubstep and hard rock music. Music unites! So you can find me anywhere between the big festivals and the little cafes and squatted. My love for music is been given to me by my mother, and my father always told me to broad your horizon! Which I did.

PHILOSOPHY

I think TV is making us stupid, asocial and lazy.
(yes, i can enjoy watching TV as well, but only when I'm too tired to do something else or watching a movie.)
More and more people stays at home to see other peoples life's on TV. After a day of all-days-miseries they look to other peoples miseries on TV, silly isn't it?
It would say to them, get up from your lazy b*** and explore the world, meet some new people, share knowledge and experience and live your life, instead of watching other peoples living their life's!

Enjoy this society based on trust , feel free, be free!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is not about finding a place to stay for free, but about exploring the world! To get to know other cultures and habits, to learn from other peoples experiences, to visit countries or cities in a different way, and even learning how to cook a typical dish..
As a host , I will try to make time for my guests, show them my favorite bars for exemple, but we also expect guests to threat our home as a home, and not as a hotel. I have the same intensions as a traveller.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best experience is definetly CS snowboardfest in Champéry! 40 really awesome people from whole Europe and beyond, partying and snowboarding all together ,it was my best vacation ever and I'm sure that I made some friends for life!

Interests

Musica! :)

And I can really enjoy the small things in life, like hanging out with friends with a cold beer, a nice meal, bbq perhaps, playing silly games all night.

Music, Movies, and Books

Must read : The monk who sold his ferrari and Shantaram!

I like all sort of music where you hear that the artist put a lot of effort and believes in his work.

My truly favorite band is Soulfly, A Brazilian trash metal band with a lot of world music influences in their work. They dare to combine the heavy sound of metal with the pleasant feeling you get from world music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have many great story's, like when I lost my friend and classmate in Rome on a school trip. The principal of this school and I looked for him a whole night, but we didn't found him... , Or this other story... There are just to many... I lived a very busy life already, but this is just the beginning..
