ABOUT ME

I feel the person who is the most difficult to study into is self, so how could I start to describe myself? For this question, I did ask my best best friend, the answer I got is: simple, kind, humble, genuine, sympathetic, independent, stubborn and so on.
But actually I never thought myself independent, and always said that being independent is all because of no others to depend on.
Speaking about "stubborn", frankly this is the word that a bit surprised me, I don't think I will use this word to portray myself, sometimes maybe, but most time I rather use "traditional" than "stubborn". Yes, deep inside there are still some Chinese traditional values within me, which endow me with some introverted quality.

Nevertheless, interestingly, my introverted traditional quality does not hinder me to be an open-minded person. I believe that everywhere, everyone, everything is full of sensational stories, so I always dream to have an adventure at somewhere amazing , encounter someone wonderful, get to know their marvelous culture and stories...... suddenly I find another word that suitable to describe myself—daydreamer, lol

However, a person's personality never can be described so easily and simply by just few plain words. And it may change as time pass by and experience more. I am all different in different eyes :p

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Registered almost a year, but just started to use CS for my last trip to Malaysia, and I have not been turned down by it, actually it widens my eyes while introducing a new way of travel to me. I was amazed by what CS could do, total strangers who never know each other b4 could help one another, learn from each other, and eventually become friends. All the CSer I met are very kind, warmhearted and wonderful. Their hospitality made my trip so special and unforgetable, and let me start to fall in love with CS and this way to meet ppl, make friends and get to know different cultures.
Since I came back from this amazing cs journey, I can not stop telling others how great the CS experience is, and wish other nice csers to come to be my guests all the time (am I a bit crazy?lol), cos I think no matter I travel somewhere or stay home, meeting new ppl and having a glance of other culture itself is a kind of journey :)

“Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are gonna get!”I never have this feeling until I start to do CS.

As a surfer, I never know what kind of host I will meet next; what living conditions he/she could offer me; what will happen when I travel in a foreign country and live in a froeign family; sometimes things may be better than I expected; but some other time things may go wrong at any point of time, if so, how should I face it and deal with it. Vice-versa as I am a host :)
