Hitchhiking & traveling across 6 continents for 5 years without taking any airplanes.

ABOUT ME

I am a happy, colourful, integer and warm hearted adventurer who has been living out of my backpack for the past 5 years. I love exploring unusual and beautiful places around the world while meeting and connecting with people. I believe that everybody has his or her own unique stories and I love hearing them and sharing my own. I am very interested in the skills, interests and dreams of others, learning from them and being inspired. During my travels, I have experienced and seen amazing and magical things, learned lots of new languages and skills. I like challenges and making new dreams come true. My current dream is a shared project with my partner to hitchhike from Ireland to Alaska, crossing six continents, while documenting the whole trip through film and photo (www.journalofnomads.com).
I have lots of interests, starting from film and photography to writing, arts, music, spirituality and philosophy, outdoor activities,... When I'm not taking photos or filming, you can find me drawing, reading, writing, daydreaming under a tree or just doing nothing at all and enjoying the moment itself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think CS is a great project because you can share your home(town) and knowledge with other people and in return you meet people with new, interesting views and lifestyles. With this project you give travellers the chance to know your country and town better in a way they can't learn from (guiding) books.
