ABOUT ME

I am a vegetarian, although Salmon is starting to tempt me . . I eat mostly Raw food
and enjoy gardening, juicing, growing sprouts (sunflower and alfalfa are my favorites) and making lots of almond milk. I also enjoy reading and or watching the teachings of Amma, Babaji, The Dalai Lama, Osho, Paramahansa Yogananda, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ekart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, and Jerry and Esther Hicks just to name a few...

Oh yeah...I'm a trans gender man...

I have witnessed the miracle of birth, climbed mountains, watched sunrise (of this I never tire), came withing 2 ft of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, came face to face with His Holiness the Gwalya Karmapa, awaoke to find a deer standing before me...amazing happens all the time...
