My mission is to live each day to inspire truth, freedom and courage. I want to add value through my doing, bring joy through my presence - while enjoying the music of life and the beauty of the world.

ABOUT ME

I am an interaction designer. I have travelled a lot, and lived as an expat for several years. I especially love travelling the US, and have had amazing couchsurfing experiences there, and made good friends. I am a sucker for scifi movies, rockabilly, old country, classic cars and old literature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When surfing with hosts, I would like to present myself as a great CS example of fun, openness and low maintenance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Made new friends couchsurfing Florida and California. I then took a couchsurfing trip through the southern states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia - wonderful experience. For my next travels, I hope to do some couchsurfing in Norway.

Update: Norway DONE! My next CS trip is now the northern states of the US in February 2011. Have found couches in Ohio, now Illinois and Nebraska is missing!

Update: Midwest done. Had a GREAT time in the cold! Surfed chicago and Omaha Nebraska. (Jay and Matt, you are the best)

August 2011 update: Next stop California! I plan to travel From San Francisco, then Tahoe, Carson city and the 395 to LA. Hopefully stop at all great places on the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a great love for music, both metal, electronic, rocknroll/rockabilly and beyond. I enjoy classical literature and a big sucker for movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some of them are in my photo albums. Diving Hawaii and piloting a small Cessna plane from Cannes to Corsika. We parked it, and walked the 1 mile to the beach, where we stayed all day. My best travel experience of them all was couchsurfing America on Amtrak. More to come, I hope.
