ABOUT ME

I hail from Sacramento, CA where I've spent most of my life. In the winter of 2010 I flew out to Florida to work trade on an organic farm where I had a great experience. since then I have traveled around the United States hitchhiking a lot, riding some freight trains and generally getting to know the country. I'm interested in agriculture and sustainability, animals (I have a dog), and meeting the people in the local communities I delve into. I spend time at rainbow gatherings, hanging out in the woods camping and cooking wonderful food to share with everyone, playing all kinds of instruments and enjoying the company of the people around me. The journey continues and I am really enjoying this exciting time to be alive :)

Interests

Even though the objectives I have for my daily life are constantly changing, I like to keep certain things regular. Playing music, sewing, reading, writing and living on or working on the lands of the earth are some of the big things I do with my time. Music is s huge part of traveling for me. I played guitar for a few years before I hit the road and currently I am traveling with a guitar and a flute. I love playing everyday, whether that be by myself or with new or familiar people. I am good at improvising and playing along with people but I can also take the music in a direction of my own and show people a tune or two. Making my clothes good for traveling is a fun way for me to be creative because I enjoy expressing myself through the garb I wear. Making it special with small intricate flairs. I really enjoy reading as well as writing so I try to read the greats and I always express myself through word. I believe the people of the world can change this place into a better living situation for us all by talking and communicating. I am always wanting to learn more about plants, the places I visit, the history involved, new skills and just learning about myself to improve who I am
