About Me

ABOUT ME

I would say that I'm a sociable person who loves to travel and to meet new people. Spending an Erasmus year in Leipzig, Germany two years ago has actually made a travel-addict out of me. Looking forward to discovering more countries!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I consider Couch Surfing as a great opportunity to travel cheaper (!) and better and to meet people. I mean it's always so much better to spend time in foreign countries with natives and CS helps it a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I was living in Germany, my flatmate told me how she'd travelled a lot with it and told me how great it was. We also had the occasion to host couch surfers in our appartment and I met really cool people. I also went on a trip through Europ that year, we spent a month travelling between Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece. We were hosted by awesome people during that time, some of them became good friends.

Interests

I like to play music a lot, for instance brasilian drums, which I've been playing for 10 years. I also play a bit of piano and of accordeon.

Music, Movies, and Books

Cinema is such an awesome thing! I go there as often as possible. I don't really want to seem chauvinistic but I'd say I particularly enjoy french films.
With regard to music I'd say I can listen to pretty everything from electro to salsa. I also like to listen to hip hop once in a while.
As a foreign languages student I've to read loads of foreign books and I really enjoy it. Even though I especially study german literature, I'd say that for me english is the most interesting language to read in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I want to say Berlin. It an amazing, cosmopolitan town. Probably the best one in which I got the chance to stay. I could definitely recommend it!

Teach, Learn, Share

Travelling is also a way to perfect my way of speaking foreign languages and I'm always striving to discover new ones. If you can help me with that, well it could be awesome!
And if you'd like to learn french, I'd be glad to facilitate you!
