About Me
Freedom is the long lasting friend I desire to one day meet.
Love is my trusty companion with every step I take.
I've been working delicately with my relationship with fear.
Joy is Loves best friend but due to my introduction to Fear, Joy generally keeps herself at a safe distance. Though she is an absolute pleasure to have around.
Peace comes for tea every now and then with his brother Happiness. You can expect a lot of laughter and good clean fun when they are around.
Time... Well Time has only one mission in his endless yet forgiving life and that is to bring all of us all together.
Until then I will enjoy this moment with Breath. A deep, philosophical friend I met for the first time just the other day when leaving Fears house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For six solid months I walked on a solo pilgrimage around the entire coastline of South Africa starting at the Mozambican border on the East coast and finishing 3,200km later at the Namibian border on the West coast.
I can tell you all about it when we meet.
Teach, Learn, Share
- One day a man was walking along the beach, when he noticed a boy hurriedly picking up and gently throwing things into the ocean. Approaching the boy, he asked, “Young man, what are you doing?” The boy replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.” The man laughed to himself and said, “Don’t you realise there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make any difference!”
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said,
“I made a difference to that one.”
- There is one realisation that I have personally had recently and I am doing my utmost best to live up to it.
"Real spiritual practice is not meant for ones own benefit, real spiritual life is meant for the benefit of others."
- "If you want to go somewhere fast, walk alone but if you you want to go somewhere far, walk together". African Proverb.
