Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We, my wife and I, are going on a trip to see our son in Sterling CO and want to see some of Colorado as well as the city Philadelphia in october this year. It seems to me we can learn more of the culture on the way spending time with real people who live in the area. During a plane trip my neigbour told my about couchsurfing and now I am trying to reach out in curiousity.
