ABOUT ME

I'm a musician, currently playing a lot of live shows with my band Town of Saints, together with my girlfriend Heta and three guys from the Netherlands and Finland. We love travelling, meeting new people, eating delicious food and making people happy with playing songs.
I love going out, dancing and just having a good time in general. Well, who doesn't, right? But I also like a good conversation about music, literature, society and other things that feed the mind.

PHILOSOPHY

I tend to find that Enjoying everything you do is the best way to stay happy. Don't make it too easy on yourself, but when you do something, do it well and enjoy it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We travel a lot, it's a great way to meet new people and to find beautiful spots all over the world. I love the old Europe; big, impressive cities like Rome, Berlin and Hamburg or smaller, beautiful ones like Tallinn, Dublin or Edinburgh. Still I'm always really baffled by beautiful places of nature. A few of my favorite spots are on Sicily, in Southern France, Austria, Northern Italy and the forests and lakes of Finland.

I came to these places mainly by playing music, but also through Couchsurfing, hitchhiking and just being impulsive, taking our T4 on the road and seeing where we'd end up. This is why Couchsurfing is such a great thing to do. You can go wherever and someone could be waiting for you, making your day a little more interesting!

I also love having people over, but since we're traveling a lot, that's not always possible. Send me a message though, when you're around in Groningen. If we're home, you'll be welcome to stay for a night or two!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had some really awesome Couchsurfing experiences on our first tour in the UK and Ireland. We met some awesome people, had concerts in their living rooms and had crazy parties. Since then, I've always been a big supporter of this website!

I can teach guitar, piano or vocals. I can do some producing too, recording and mixing. I can help with songwriting and give some tips on stage performance. You know, things musicians do :) Willing to learn as well!
