I've lived in many places in my life and it's made me who I am. I consider myself a world citizen.
After being born in Korea and living there for a decade, I moved to:
San Diego, California; Tampa, Florida; Athens, Georgia; Ann Arbor, Michigan; Virginia Beach & Williamsburg, Virginia; Chicago (where I call home); California; Seattle; Quito; Manta; Vilcabamba, Loja Ecuador.

Currently, I live between Kerry, Ireland and LA, California as a Trauma Therapist and Light Language Channel and Healer who helps people become their most embodied and empowered Highest Selves.

I play the cello and piano and snowboard and surf. I can dance with you like our bodies don’t belong to ourselves—but to the air, wind,
mountains, and the water. I can talk to you about Korea, neuroscience, cluster headaches, data science, transpersonal psychology, my ayahuasca experiences and my peculiar path in life.
