ABOUT ME
I enjoy exploring the world, especially history, culture, and gastronomy, and trying to find new experiences. That said, the only thing that's better than interesting places is interesting people.
Interests
I like traveling, reading, meeting people from all parts of the world, listening to jazz, taking long walks & hiking, trips to the beach, and cooking. I also enjoy football (soccer) though I don't follow or play it as much as I used to. I also enjoy art, visiting museums, and photography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've backpacked 30 miles in 3 days to the summit of Mount Whitney, California, the highest peak in the continental USA.

I can also tell you stories about my trips to Mexico City in 2004, my numerous stays in Paris with very interesting people, and more recently trips to Greece and Turkey, which are amazing holiday destinations especially if you have friends there.
