About Me
Hi! I'm Harold!
I try my best to welcome new opportunities wherever I find them. Every time I try and create a list of things i've done it gets too long and random... but feel free to ask!
Things I'm currently interested in and pursuing:
- Technology! Coding, hacking, building. Yes, I can help you fix your computer.
- Cooking
- Dancing (Everything from Latin Ballroom to moshing in a pit of sweaty people to EDM)
- Travel
- Cycling (Both building and riding bikes!)
I consider pushing my comfort zones a part time job. I like the Rémi Gaillard quote "C'est en faisant n'importe quoi qu'on devient n'importe qui" or "It's by doing whatever, that we become whomever.".
I love life talks and heart to hearts. Nothing is as liberating as sharing everything and anything on your mind. Such things have taught me to be very open and accepting :).
I'm a very optimistic, energetic person. People rarely get to see me frown... :(.
I love exploring... whether others want to come or not.
I love meeting new people. If we get along we will probably be life long friends, and if we don't....I'm blaming you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like showing off my city to travelers who come and visit.
I like meeting up with locals when I'm in another city.
It's a good match :).
When we live in a place for a while we forget all the awesome things it has to offer. Being around excited travelers can help with that.
I've also found couchsurfers to be such a wonderful group of open minded people. Some of my favorite people I've met through couch surfing. I go to the Couchsurfing events in my city whenever I feel like meeting awesome people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paradiso @ the Gorge Amphitheater.
Stage at the edge of a cliff with a spectacular view of the gorge.
Best. Music. Venue. Ever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about computers...all the parts! If you message me asking to code I'll be all over that.
I also love to go dancing. And by dancing I don't mean grabbing a beer and standing by the wall... I mean all the booty shakingg.
I'm also very outgoing and open minded. Share with me your stories, your interests and hobbies! I love seeing what gets people excited.
What I Can Share with Hosts
An enthusiastic compadre for whatever shenanigans you have in mind.
You know how you've always wanted to try bubble soccer on pogo sticks?
Or practice making that perfect stick of cotton candy?
Or go to that goth themed k-pop venue?
Or have a giant pillow fight in a blanket fort?
Or bike to the other side of the city and climb trees in a onesie?
...But then you realized those things all sounded ridiculous and nobody you know would ever be up for them?
My name is Harold and I am up for all those things. Whatever inspires you, whatever excites you - show me and I'll come along for the ride :).
