ABOUT ME

Saxophone player, contact juggler, film director. Trying to find a way to make a living doing just the things I like.

I love to do things. Very rarely am I content with sitting and watching television for hours on end. I need to be active and accomplish stuff. It doesn't matter what, but I have to get things done whenever possible.

I love learning about science and technology, especially things that have a practical application to real life, but even things that don't change my everyday living are very interesting. Ask me about quantum theory.

I love to make things. Doesn't matter if it's music, film, physical objects, a good time... I love creating.

PHILOSOPHY

When I was a kid, I always dreaded answering the "What do you want to be when you grow up?" question. Having to pin an identity to a profession or task seems like a fate worse than death to me.

I constantly look for ways to improve myself as a person and rediscover things I thought I knew about myself. A few years ago, I made a resolution to spend an hour every day practicing something that would make me a better human being. It has really transformed my lifestyle in so many ways.

I am in the surfing phase of my life at the moment, but want to become a host as soon as I have a space to offer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have spent much time on friends' couches from time to time, usually for help on late night projects or after parties. Recently, I've been traveling more and have enjoyed the amazing hospitality of the CouchSurfing community, and it truly is breathtaking.

Anything artistic - film, music, painting, dance, theater, books, food...
Anything scientific - math, physics, economics, psychology...
Anything cultural - I love learning about people from somewhere else and how they do life. I am always fascinated with people from other cultures.

I can teach music (theory, guitar, singing, saxophone, flute, percussion, and many other instruments)
I can teach juggling (contact and toss). I can also show you how to make beer, do math, perform, and a whole lot of other things.
