ABOUT ME

I am a Music student at the University of North Texas. I spend much or most of my time playing or writing music of some form. I love being outside and related events such as disc sports, ball sports, and camping. I like meeting people and experiencing new things and cultures.

Interests

Music foremost. Performing and writing. Especially trying new kinds of music and learning new and different instruments. Sports (esp. Ultimate frisbee, Disc golf, soccer). Outside activities.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Jazz and Rock (and a combo of the two)at the top for me... Radiohead, Reign of Kindo, Ella Fitzgerald, tool, Frank Sinatra, Circa Survive, the Mars Volta, Of Montreal, Dear Hunter... bebop and big band is good, not really down with the smooth jazz...

Movies: I like most of Wes Anderson's movies, others include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Children of Men, the Music Man, Yankee Doodle Dandy (and other old movies)

Books: I like reading into different religions, especially Hindu and Buddhism... philosophy is interesting as well.

Teach, Learn, Share

Some knowledge of camping and outdoors gained from Boy Scouts. Probably music in terms of theory, or teaching an instrument.
