I have just finished university, after completing my final semester in Lyon, France. I now plan to spend a year travelling around the world visiting; Canada, North America, South America, Africa and Europe. I grew up in a rural town in New South Wales, Australia and enjoy being outdoors, playing sport and exploring new places. Since my first trip around Europe in 2011 I have been dying to go travelling again and see more of the world. I love meeting new people and experiencing new places and cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and discovering new places. I have just finished my first couch surfing experience with a friend in Vancouver and had the most amazing time. Staying with a local and experiencing a place from their point of view is best way to unlock the secrets of the city and get the most from your travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite band of all time would have to be Coldplay but more recently I have loved listening to Asgeir. My favourite movie is Law Abiding Citizen but generally I enjoy comedies. I don't have any particular genre of books that I like best but my favourite is Deception Point by Dan Brown.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have just finished six months studying in France which was incredible. This experience was incredibly challenging; working and studying in another country and learning a new language and culture but the most valuable experience I have ever had. I learned a great deal about myself and about the world.

I love sharing any knowledge I have about Australia, business, farming, travel and life and learning about anything that others are willing to share. I am very sociable and take any opportunity to teach, learn or share something new.
