I'm currently studying Chemistry at the University of Bristol, with a view to going into nutrition - helping people understand nutrition as a way to prevent and cure disease.

I love vegetarian cookery, yoga (I've been practising Iyengar yoga for a couple of years and honestly think everyone should give it a try) and fashion. I have a guilty addiction to brightly coloured trainers.

I don't know where to begin with books but Steinbeck's East of Eden and Orwell's Homage to Catalonia are the ones with the biggest place in my heart.

Got myself to Russia and back in one piece without knowing a word of Russian before I went.
