Overview
About Me
I believe in life-long-learning sharing cultures and meeting new people.
I love to travel and explore: I'm a big fan of discovering new places by chance on foot.
I'm generally up for anything so long as its adequately exciting and fun. I want to gather as many new experiences as I possibly can before Im too old to regret not doing so.
How I think about things....

Everyone is equal
Each to their own...do what you want but don't hurt others in the process
Protect and respect yours and others' rights
Minimise the potential for your future regret now
Put irrational fears into perspective- most of the time it won't kill you
Support others but keep time for yourself too
Balance giving and taking
Friends are the family you choose
Be understanding and don't judge, try not to assume anything about other people.
Always empathise

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: classics (Dickens, Edith Wharton, John Galsworthy etc.)
Music: the list is endless...just have a chat with me about it, that would be best
Movies: Brick, Cash-Back (don't judge me), The Lives of Others, Rear Window, 'White' from the Three Colours Trilogy, In Bruges
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
curated, organised and put on a public exhibition in Mayfair London with only 5 days prep.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a little of what I know about singing and making clothes if desired
I love folk music so I can share some English folk tunes too
English phrases/ colloquialisms/ proverbs
I'd love to hear some traditional music from hosts, and see plenty of local performance.
Equally a bit of language would be good to acquire
I love to hear stories of travel adventures too
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversation is always on the cards (or at least I like to think so) I love a long natter
I'm a pretty good researcher so will always show up with a decent idea of what I want to see, but Im very open so would love to hear suggestions and be guided too
