ABOUT ME

A red-headed vegetarian who loves to sing and to share good food :-)
Just started a Phd in sustainable food systems.
I love the smell of rain, swimming outdoors, monsoon storms, mango and sticky rice, reading by the fireside, the sound of the wind in trees, staring out to sea, experiencing the generosity of strangers, hitching, learning...

It's so difficult picking 'favourites', but if I had to, my favourite singers would be Joni Mitchell and Nina Simone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the annual monsoon season floods, sailed down my road in Bangkok in a big washing up bowl aged 4.
Driven across the Serengeti - mind-blowing.
Salsa danced to live music in a creaky old bar in Cuba.
Watched the sun rise over the hills amidst a sea of mist on the Thai-burmese border.
Went diving with whale sharks in Belize.
Along with my friends, organised a festival on a tiny Orkedian Island for the summer solstice.
