About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be inspired and inspiring.

ABOUT ME

I'm Harri! I'm friendly and fun, and I'm happiest when I'm around people - whether it's laughing and being silly, or having a tea and a good chat with friends.

I love being musical, learning new things, cooking, and attempting to sew! I enjoy being outdoors and going on adventures, though I'm really not good with spiders or insects - I much prefer something cute and fluffy! And I can be a bit of a nerd, but I secretly enjoy it. :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to be happy with what I have, and at the same time push myself to do more, to learn things every day and to be happy with my choices about how I live life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am not travelling at the moment but I'm heading to South America in August/September for a few months. I am keen to participate by hosting people here and showing them around - I've met a few travellers lately who have all been really interesting and cool people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The people who I've met from CS so far have been really interesting and cool people. I have also met other travellers who are part of it, and they were awesome!

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I listen to a lot of LCD Soundsystem, Local Natives, Crystal Castles, Surfer Blood, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Cape Reinga for the first time is pretty epic (the top of NZ). I would recommend everyone visiting while you're here!

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have many 'transferable' skills I suppose but I'm happy to help people learn English if they are finding it tough! I also have some good vegetarian recipes if you want to learn to cook anything. :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, New Caledonia, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
