ABOUT ME

Originally from NYC... been in Boston for over 20 years now !! Same old story... came here for school... made some friends... decided to stick around :-) What's my story? I'm a collection of contradictions: born and raised in NYC.. Yankees/Giants fan.. living in Boston... Celtics/Patriots fan. Grew up in the hood (Bed-Sty Brooklyn in the house) listening to old school rap and R&B... went to school at MIT listening to classic rock and heavy metal. Hardcore techno-nerd, can talk your friggin ear off about all things computer... 5 years of Rugby in school, have a social life, can carry on a conversation and I play the drums. What can I say... I like being well rounded :-)

I mostly like Sci-Fi and Action flicks: Star Wars, Star Trek, The Negotiator, Gone in Sixty Seconds, The Matrix, The Usual Suspects, American History X, The Terminator, Lord of the Rings, Hero, Fearless, Once Upon A Time in China, The One, Men of Honor, Gladiator, Remember the Titans.... etc.

As for TV: nowadays its Heros, Battlestar Galatica, Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, X files, Smallville

Books I like: The Invisible Man (Ellison), Cat's Cradle, Shakespear (all of it), The Great Gatsby, A Brave New World, The Foundation Trilogy, Tom Clancy (Patriot Games, Without Remorse, The Hunt for Red October, etc), Terry Pratchet, Octavia Butler. I don't get to read much anymore... got any suggestions ?
