ABOUT ME
I am 21 and live in Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I am currently studying marine biology. I grew up in a large family and am the middle child of five (I am the only boy).
PHILOSOPHY
Almost everything is funny!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have two lounges which are pretty comfortable. My house is super chill up behind the beach, really nice morning views up high amongst the tree tops. I share a house with 2 flat mates (1 male 1 female) and their partners. I am normally keen for a night out or beers in. Happy to go out surfing and chilling around the sunny beaches.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have stayed with 4-5 different hosts and have enjoyed every single one. I have hosted three times. (This is a new profile due to a cancelled one I was sharing with an ex)

Australia today
o We don’t have subduction going off the east coast of Australia
o Australia at temperate- tropical latitude!
o Complex tectonic zone in the north as New Guinea (Aust plate) interacts with SE Asia!
o Spreading rate fast: 7-8 cm/year
o Reef development in Qld and WA!
o Shelf seas cover Bass Strait + Gulf area!
o That separation of Aus changed the worlds currents making it cooler and glaciating Antarctica
o Australia is now colliding with Asia and will soon be apart of Asia with big mountain ranges
o Sediments being deposited all around our current margins
o Hole lot of organisms with a hole lot of biodiversity especially around the north where water is warmer
