Hey there! I'm a student from the US who's been living in France since September. During the schoolyear I live in Paris, and this summer I'm staying in a little town called Biot which is close to Nice.

I'm here until the end of July and I'd love to host some couchsurfers. Egalement je cherche des amis qui habitent près de moi (Nice, Antibes, Cannes, etc) donc je voudrais rencontrer les couchsurfeurs du 06 :)

I really like going out and exploring places, either on foot or bike. Nice has a great public bike system for 1€ per day.

When I'm traveling, I really like to meet people who live there. In France, I've been using this mainly to meet up with other people living in or around Paris.

Intereses

I really love languages. I lived in the US my whole life, so I'm so happy to be here in France and I hope my French is going to improve over the next few years. And someday I'd like to live in another country so I can become fluent in a third language.

If you speak French or Persian, it would be cool if we could speak that because I'm trying to improve my level in both these languages. Bonjour à tout le monde francophone, parlons français! Depuis mon déménagement j'ai pas trouvé beaucoup de monde qui parle français donc il faut que je pratique afin de ne pas oublier :)

Música, películas y libros

I love music and I play the piano - I like classical music and jazz a lot. I haven't found a piano here yet or people to play with, but hopefully I can start doing more with music again soon. As for movies, I've always liked The Lion King. I also try to watch movies that are not in English so I can hear other languages - for non-English movies I would suggest Queen (which takes place in Paris), Barfi, and English Vinglish.

I can tell you a lot about NYC - I lived there for a few years and absolutely love that city :)
