COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've spent the last 16 years of my life travelling intermittently and so perenially ended up on people's floors, couches and occasionally spare beds. Was graciously welcomed for 11 days in Claremont, Capetown a few years back. An amazing way to see a very different side to that city. Spent 4 months on a floor owned by a wondeful woman I met in Nairobi. She lives on the edge of Kibera, one of Africa's biggest slums, and is the inspirational head of local development charity. I worked for her to get a school built and she hosted. I definitely got the sweetest end of the bargain.
Interests
I love getting out of the city for Walking and Swimming. I enjoy returning for Eating, Dancing, Theatre and Movie-going.
