Judging by my leaving card at work, I'd say mostly abuse, but that I believe is out of love. Probably that I enjoy laughing and making things, live for spontaneous adventure.

Interests

People are engaging from all backgrounds, love having interesting conversations and learning. Free time is generally spent doing sport, reading and planning/ doing something cool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- finishing a middle distance off-load tri called Big Ben Nevis Triathlon back in 2012 in 9th place having gone beyond my limits and passed through some incredible terrain, such elation
- gave a few talks to large groups of people on my art and design work
- love seeing acts of selfless courage performed by others
- camping in arid landscapes seeing the change of colours that dawn brings
