Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Final stretches of an Asia vacation ongoing, then back to Finland!
ABOUT ME
Balancing a life of working as the Chief Product Officer of an IT company and doing all sorts of artsy creative things — theatre (watching and doing, improv and otherwise), songwriting, cooking, dancing (mostly street styles), reading, pen and paper roleplaying, event organizing and so on.
Graduated from Aalto University, hoping to find the time to study/do writing professionally at some point.
All in all, I find that while not doing stuff is great once in a while, the best experiences come from active participation in the coolest things. :)
PHILOSOPHY
Never get angry or frustrated. It doesn't accomplish a thing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't been able to dedicate time to hosting and only recently came to check out the community after years of hiatus, so I've only surfed back in 2009-2011.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Japan in the summer of 2009. The best experiences of my trip were with local CouchSurfers. It took two years for one of my hosts there to fulfill her promise to come to Finland, but she visited in September and had a great time here, before continuing towards the States.

Teach, Learn, Share
Arts, especially theatre. Politics and philosophy. IT. Dramaturgy and stories. And, of course, share about Finland - customs, cuisine, history, whatever.
