Overview
About Me
Hey there! I'm Harshit, a Software Engineer with a passion for technology, travel, and meeting new people. When I'm not working on coding solutions, I love exploring new cultures, trying out different cuisines, and having meaningful conversations with people from diverse backgrounds.
I'm always curious about the world and eager to learn from the experiences of others. As a CouchSurfer, I aim to not only explore new places but also connect with locals, share stories, and create lasting memories.
I value kindness, open-mindedness, and respect in every interaction, and I believe that every person we meet has something unique to teach us. Whether we're swapping travel stories or just enjoying a laid-back conversation over coffee, I look forward to connecting and learning from fellow travellers and hosts.
Looking forward to meeting you and sharing new adventures!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe that the best way to experience a new place is through the eyes of the locals. Traveling is more than just visiting landmarks—it's about connecting with people, exchanging cultures, and creating meaningful experiences. Couchsurfing offers the perfect opportunity to do just that.
I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing mine in return. Whether it's hosting, surfing, or simply meeting for a coffee, Couchsurfing gives me the chance to make genuine connections that go beyond the usual tourist path. It's all about enriching my travel experiences and learning from the diverse perspectives of people around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done was backpacking solo. It was a spontaneous decision, and the entire journey taught me the true meaning of stepping out of my comfort zone. Along the way, I met incredible people, explored hidden gems, and learned to embrace the unexpected. It was both a challenge and an adventure that opened my mind to new possibilities and perspectives. Definitely one of the most transformative experiences of my life!
