ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from college in California where I studied Environmental Studies and Politics. I am now working on organic farms (WWOOFing) with a friend from January-May of 2011, in Israel, Italy and Portugal.
I'm from San Francisco, California, but grew up in Washington, DC and have lived all over the states.
I like to make people laugh, go on bike rides and hikes, and go on adventures.

For now I'm just surfing (especially in Israel and Europe) but want to host once I have a couch to host people on!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Istanbul and Italy so far. So much fun!

Musica, film e libri

I really like documentaries. My three favorite movies are Thank you for Smoking, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and Clueless. (I like many different types of movies, I guess!) I like all music, especially that of the indie variety. As for books, I like anything by Jhumpa Lahiri and Tom Wolfe. I have a very open mind when it comes to books, and will try anything.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I spent a semester studying wildlife ecology in Tanzania, and saw the most incredible wildlife. An elephant even came and drank water from the tank at our campsite!
