I practice kindness and sharing. Most people know me as "cookie man" For 30 years I have been baking and sharing homemade chocolate chip cookies. At first it was a networking tool for my marketing communications business. I got tired of the business several years ago so am pretty much retired, although I still have one client who uses me to build her business. An avid but leisurely bicyclist, I prefer comfort (recumbents) over performance, leisurely sight seeing over speed.....for each of the past three years, I have logged over 4200 miles. I also love live music and am planning my Florida trip to take in as much music as I can find. I will be helping one of my favorite bands, Lenoid & Friends operating camera in Jacksonville and Key West.

rock covers and originals, jams sessions. Movies are generally consumed on rainy or snowy nights through Netflix or Amazon, but there are so many better options. Well written books grab me.
