ABOUT ME

My brain is a well-balanced combination of an EXCEL file and impressionist picture which helps me to keep up with both - practical life of entrepreneur and mum vs art-literature projects from time to time.

I live in Lviv, which is in the West of Ukraine, so under current situation we are safe and sound here. Between 2008 and 2012 I was travelling intensively. Then I translated one novel of British Booker Prize winning author and wrote one myself. Had a baby in between of two books. Feel happy with this three fruits of mine. Although it made hosting not really possible before we move to larger space. I try to keep up with travelling on my own from time to time, as for me it is vital. These are trips when Couchsurfing is possible and I feel how much I miss this experience of meeting various people.

Economy in pleasures is not to my taste. Divinity is achieved through the senses - whether you abstain from sensing or indulge in it, life exists in relation to how deeply we sense.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I joined CS in mid December 2009 I hosted many people - cute freaks and joyful single travellers, couples and families, old and young, lost and inspiring, drinkers and vagabonds. The discovery was made that capacity of my couch is much bigger as well as the level of toilet paper consumption by humans is much higher then it was expected.
I also stayed in many homes - each one was very special.
The most significant impact of CS is that my daughter Theodora, born 2013 is baby of couchsurfing. Her Daddy once sent me a couch request. All of us seem to be happy about that ;)
