I love to be outdoors...hiking, biking, rafting, skydiving, snowboarding, climbing. I travel as much as I can. Music is a must...I've played sports forever..board games..coffee shops...walking...adventure

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Outside of Vail, CO I hiked up to a frozen waterfall. At the top it was frozen over, but you could see the water rushing beneath it. I shimmied out a glazed over tree to be able to see the water billowing out at the base in the midst of waves made of ice. Purely magical!!

I can teach autogenics, a form of meditation. 😀
