我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think its great platform for connecting interesting and kind people from different corners of the planet. As one of my host described it, "its like bringing the world to couch"! I have met so many kind people in the CS community, who now good friends. I think this is one of the best things that happened on internet!

兴趣

My work and study puts me in the middle of subjects like development, climate change, disasters and sustainability. A person who meets me will see that I can rarely stop talking on these issues. Other more personal interests include travelling, writing, movies, walks in the park, a good song, cats, and coffee, (lots of coffee!).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Cant just pick one... From the top of my head, some fantastic experiences include swimming with the manta rays and turtles in the Maldives, swimming in the icy sea in Swedish winter, paragliding over Pamukkale and flying over the magical Cappadocian landscape in a hot air balloon, bungee jumping near Nepal-Tibetian border and testing the Chinese guards by sneaking a foot across the red line to Tibetian side (I lived), hitchhiking in -40 degrees in the Swedish lapland with my boyfriend (we survived).
