Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

couchsurfing in a few different countries.... and of course hanging out with couch surfers, and the couchsurfer guests of my couchsurfer friends.... it's a big couchsurfer world! i love it. great way to meet people/connect.

Music, Movies, and Books

i like listening to music.

i once wrote a list of bands that i really like. i don't know what happened to it.

i'll list some of my favorite individuals in music:

brian eno, mark hollis, brian wilson, elliott smith, stevie wonder, madlib, vladislav delay.

books and movies i'm not so interested in. i guess my favorite movie is 2001 space odyssey and favorite book is breakfast of champions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i went on a drive to geirangerfjord on the west coast of norway. it took 10 hours to drive there, and it was crazy beautiful.

my friends and i stayed in this cabin, with a green roof (vegetation on top, for insulation), which was situated in the middle of a small mountainous valley. surrounded with waterfalls. the cabin itself sat in the middle of a lord of the rings style enchanted forest, complete with a low mist and boulders covered in moss.

i felt like a hobbit at that moment.
