I'm a 22 year old Egyptian. My passion for the last few years has been to travel, travel and travel some more! The world is just an open book waiting to be read, stopping at each chapter for a bit.
I am keen on learning, and I believe there's always something new we could teach ourselves. To me, one of the greatest ways to learn is through people. Each one has been through a different journey, and we could always learn a thing or two from someone else.
I'm fond of photography and videography. I love going back to photographs and relive all the memories. They enable me to capture moments I want to remember, from the perspective that I see. I'm in love with art and everything that falls under, it's the best way to express oneself. I love to see how it's utilised differently to represent various things, and it would never be the same because it's done by different people of different backgrounds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to have friends from all over the world. I never lose touch with people, and that's why I believe that I'll get to have friends for the rest of my life. It's amazing to befriend people who are different than you. It's just a way to understand how different we all are from one another. I want to get exposed to different cultures, talk to people and gain knowledge that could only be gained through them.
I've always known people from different communities, and I found myself growing up knowing how to deal with diverse people. I'm pretty comfortable getting to know people through here, and I hope others will find in knowing me something new to learn.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to various genres of music, it mainly depends on the mood and context. Some of my favourite international artists are: James Arthur, Cigarettes After Sex, Calum Scott and LP.

For movies, it definitely depends on the mood, the story and message of a movie.

I love to read different genres in order to get to learn as many things as possible. For me history is not a favourite, neither the so cheesy romantic books. However, books like Beautiful Disaster and Walking Disaster, those I like (romantic). I loved loved loved Inferno by Dan Brown, and 40 Rules of Love (English).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've gone solo to Cyprus when I was 20 years old, and I appreciate what came out of this trip till this very day.

I'll be living in Italy till May 2018.

It's all about travel and I love it!
