I`m a free soul born in a unknown country in the heart of the southern hemisphere. Since young I`ve being interested in artistic forms of expression like painting, writing or theater. Whatever form of freedom gets my attention. I used to perform my own monologues or theatrical short pieces I wrote. Music is a vital part of myself. I have been singing with many bands and projects in this last years.

When I was 20 I discovered I have diabetes type 1 by entering a coma from which I luckily came back with no major damage, but awaken into a complete different life from what I was used. Since that day I had to modify not only my eating habits but all my activities in order to learn how to live with it. Now time has passed and I am little by little being born again, stepping into life with baby steps and learning the beauty of it. I consider my life is a lesson, for me, that shows that there are no real limitations other than your mind and nothing is that impossible to achieve.

I love traveling and meeting local people. I have hitch hiked with my brother in some towns of our country and traveled many places with my father. The most valuable thing one always gets out of it is human interactions. Ain`t amazing how small the world is after all?

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My brother came home full of stories of kindness after traveling for a year around Middle East and Asia with no money, living only with strangers he met on the way. Those stories about how people that you never met can treat you as a family member and, at times, take care of your life made a big impact on me.

I found this type of projects like Couch Surfing an amazing idea to generate kindness and generosity in this world. A real way to perhaps make a change among us and prove that there are no real borders other than in our minds. I do believe that we all are part of one big family and belong to the same house.

兴趣

Charity is one big interest of my life. Both my family and I are aware of how much one can do with so little to alleviate pain in others. Our house has always had its doors open to strangers or anyone in need of help. I grew up seeing how my mother took care of so many different people that to me it is natural to be ready to give my life for others.

I also love art. From architecture to literature, and mainly music. I used to write a lot, stories and songs, but it has been a while since I don`t do it.

The world looks like something interesting to me. Learning about cultures and humanity.

I can help cooking and with anything you need around. I was helping my mother back home so being tidy and general house duties are no problem for me.

Obviously I could teach you Spanish and singing lessons too. Even better, perhaps we could do some music together!
