I am taking a gap year between my high school and college education. I have always wanted to travel and a gap year has been on the agenda since elementary school. Couchsurfing will give me a chance to do this low budget and to meet new people in new places.

My top bands would have to Oh Wonder!, Twenty One Pilots, Maria in the Shower, and dodie. I also love movie soundtracks, quite a bit.
My top movies are Across the Universe, Castle in the Sky, The Commitments, Song Street, and Amelie.
My top books/series would have to be The Bone Dolls Twin, The Handmaids Tale, Jane Eyre, Atonement and the Narnia series. I read everything from nonfiction to fantasy.

For my friend's sixteenth birthday we went skydiving in Canada. It was absolutely amazing. I have always been afraid of heights, but this was nothing like I'd imagined. It was adrenaline and flying and I can't wait to experience it again.
