My name is Hayden, and I grew up in New Zealand. I am currently traveling overseas for two years and would like to immerse myself in local cultures of the countries I’m traveling through. I’m traveling by myself, so feel this could be a good chance to get to know some locals and hopefully makes some friends a long the way!! Unfortunately I don’t have many references at this stage as I’ve only just joined Couchsurfing, but I feel this could be a great way to get to know the locals, as well as having a few laughs along the way over a beer.

I feel this would allow me to get off the beaten track a bit, and allow me to learn about the people of the country I’m staying in at the time. I love meeting new people and learning about their interests

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I spent 6 weeks backpacking through south east Asia. This was my first opportunity to try backpacking, and I absolutely loved it. We spent a week on an island in Thailand, where we learnt how to scuba dive, before diving a shipwreck 30m underwater.
