Overview
About Me
Hi! I'm a 20 year old with a longing for adventure and a love for art of all kinds. My wanderlust got me out of my parents house at 17, and ever since I've had a love for the nomadic way of life. Mostly I spend my time working my blue-collar slave-wage job to pay my bills, but when I'm not working my job, I'm at home working on 2 big film projects I'm trying to get out at the end of 2017, before I myself hit the road full time!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A good friend of mine has been staying with me for an extended time, but has finally decided it's time to hit the road again. I myself plan on leaving my life behind to travel full time (in a vehicle) at the end of the year. I figured I could do a little bit of good by helping out some travelers with a bed to sleep in and a hot shower! (Note: I do NOT have a vehicle at the moment, so I am unable to pick anyone up, but if you can make it to my door you are most likely welcome.)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music? Anything that's authentic. Lately I've been listening to a lot of "Hippie" music, like Xavier Rudd, Nahko and Medicine for the People, and Gregory Alan Isakov. I also LOVE ambient music.
Movies? Anything Christopher Nolan for sure, but I'll give anything a chance. I specifically enjoy survival movies (The Grey, The Road).
Books? I've read most of the popular series, and a lot of the not-so-popular, but lately I've read a lot of more poetic works (Dante, Poe, etc.).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went camping in the mountains of Colorado and almost froze to death, but didn't. THAT was awesome!
Teach, Learn, Share
I know cameras, anything to do with filmmaking (which probably won't help anybody on the road that much.) But at heart I'm a writer and a poet. I consider myself a Jack of all Trades for the most part, and can help with just about anything I put my mind to.
I'm trying to learn the guitar (and the Ukelele), so if you can play either of those, maybe you can help me out!
