Currently on the placement year of a BA(Hons) Environment Social Science degree. Based in Somerset UK most of the time where I have lived in Yeovil for 1.5 years and the rest of the time I spend in Kent for university.
I have a love of the countryside and animals and I have also picked up the travel bug whilst living in Germany for an internship last year!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting immersed in the local culture and learning from others who have led a different life is what I really appreciate when travelling. So while I am not travelling I am happy to return the favour to other travellers. I am also trying to learn new languages, so far I have got as far as picking up some German whilst living in Bonn. I am eager to become fluent in it and the best way to do that is by speaking. Which is a challenge when living in the middle of the British countryside! So if anyone is nearby and can offer some german lessons and conversation let me know!
