ABOUT ME

Hola :)

I've just returned to the UK after a year in the Americas, mainly california.

I teach yoga, am a yoga therapist and facilitated voice and authentic movement workshops & retreats. I adore what I do. For me yoga is not a practice only for the body, but a way of life in which every experience, every fresh moment becomes a teacher.

I am honest, responsible and reliable. I value open and honest communication, laughter and times sharing music and authentic movement. I feel deeply connected to the earth, am motivated and inspired.

I am looking to share experiences with like minded people who are open to life and learning from each other. I live a healthy lifestyle (and eat Vegetarian / gluten - free) and would like to connect with like minded people.

Life keeps getting more and more rich and textured! It's all been pretty diverse and amazing so far and I can only imagine there is more to come! Witnessing the inner alchemy of the bodymind is pretty magic and humbling! :)
