My name is Hayley, I'm 26 years old and I grew up in the middle of England and London. I've spent a lot of time in the South West of England and have a very big attachment to Cornwall.
I've been travelling on and off for the last five years and I've finally made it to New Zealand! I would love to see as much of the North Island as possible before I head South and find work for the winter season as I snowbaord.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is all very new to me however I'm hoping to meet some new people and hopefully I'll be able to stay with some fellow couch surfers when I travel around New Zealand.

As William Butler Yeats once said;

Interests

My main interest is snowboarding. In 2010/11 I lived in the French Alps for 7 months and worked as a chalet chef/host. I love being in the mountains, climbing them and the freedom it gives you.
You'll also find me practising yoga, 5rhytms and meditation. I love travel, photography, film, camping, hikking, running, walking, surfing, listening to music, going to festivals, reading and baking a delicious cake!
