ABOUT ME

I am self-employed and I try to use that to further my travels, meaning I can take off sometimes for longer periods. All kinds of travel interest me. Indoors and out, wild or cultured, new or old. I'm not good at meeting people but am very likeable once you get to know me.
(Update 2012): I married the love of my life in September 2011 so I am now part of a package of two couch surfers! She is a school teacher so we're planning on doing a whole lot of traveling during the summers.

Interests

We particularly enjoy learning the history of different areas and seeing how people live there today. Couch Surfing is especially appealing as a way to experience new places with tips from locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like especially grand vistas, cathedrals or castles. Sometimes, as in St. Vitus in Prague, you can get all three in one!
