Hellooo! I'm Hazel, I love to travel and meet new people. I'm especially interested in languages so I love to learn about new ones and practice the ones I already speak. I studied Arts, Media and Culture (film & literature major yo), work in public relations, try to be active in environmental and human rights organizations, and hopefully couchsurfing will allow me to further experience these things hands-on. I dibble dabble as an art director in the film industry and do some voice acting from time to time when I'm on the go. Look forward to meeting you, whoever you are!

In terms of literature I really like older stuff - Hermann Hesse, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Emily Bronte, Oscar Wilde, Samuel Beckett, WB Yeats, Emily Dickinson, Jane Austen, a big Shakespeare nerd - I'm trying to read more contemporary work.

Film/TV-wise I love Charlie Kaufman, Bong Joon-ho, Hayao Miyazaki, Yorgos Lanthimos, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Céline Sciamma, Vince Gilligan but I will watch almost anything
